If you are interested in working with me as your life coach, you can pick which of Prochaska’s stages of change you are in and choose accordingly. You can also just choose whichever package resonates with you and we will go from there. I believe in you, and I am living proof that change is possible. It is, and I am here to tell you that if I can do it then anyone can do it!

I am a Certified Empowerment & Personal Development Life Coach with specializations in mindset, life purpose, law of attraction, spirituality, personal productivity, self-empowerment, goal setting, personal success, self-awareness, transformation, and spiritual intuitive coaching. My practice is trauma informed and I also hold a certification as a Certified Addictions Recovery Coach, and I graduated Westfield State’s Addiction Counseling Education Program and am working on my hours interning as an SUD therapist for my Certified Dug & Alcohol Counselor, with my own caseload, until I can resign from my day job. (Wink wink).

I should also mention that my passion is helping people. I aspire to give people access to affordable support, because I know what it feels like to commit to this journey without that support. How fast that happens may depend on the volume in which I receive email, but I don’t foresee that being a problem. 😉
