Feeling Grateful

How To Add More Goodness to Your Gladness
By Kobi Yamada
This book is about everything sweet in the world. It’s so genuine, and so purely good that I read it every time I need to feel grateful, which is often. I now read it to my daughter as well.

By Pam Grout
This book set me down the road to my spiritual awakening and I couldn’t thank Pam Grout more. She gives actionable steps to live a Law of Attraction life. Beginning with asking for a sign. This is something I do now with all of my clients, and I have yet to be disappointed.

The Vortex

By Esther & Jerry Hicks
I adore Esther, Jerry & Abraham Hicks. It may seem a bit out there for some of you but hear them out. It’s now just Esther and Abraham, RIP JERRY HICKS! I love how Abraham really comes at us, “Why do I have to convince you to feel good?” He couldn’t have said it better. Why does he have to convince us to feel good? They also have The Vortex Cards and those are amazing.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

By Dr. Joe Dispenza
I absolutely love Joe Dispenza. I think most of us do. The science behind the Law of Attraction. As you know I got sober by accepting LOA into my life, and I frequently return to his books when life gets hard, which it often does.

The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth

By Doloris Cannon
Doloris Cannon will always have an incredibly special place in my heart. Maybe it’s the signed author’s copy of the Convoluted Universe series that mysteriously ended up in my mailbox one day… It is a signed author’s edition of Book three. It may have been a sign from the universe. What do you think?

The 6 Phase Meditation

By Vishen Lakhiani
I am a HUGE fan of Vishen Lakhiani, and will probably devote a whole post to Mindvalley, maybe a few. Mindvalley was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I put my membership on a credit card and still have yet to pay it off and have no idea how I will pay the following year, but Mindvalley teaches you all the stuff they never taught you in school. This book is fire.

Person first and non-stigmatizing language

Let’s stomp out stigma by using person first language that is non-stigmatizing. We deal with enough stigma on the daily. Try empathy and compassion. We aren’t used to that.

Check out this person first language chart that I made. I thought it might be helpful.
